  • 1. Java / J2EE with 3+ year’s experiance

    Skill Set

    • Experience in Portal Development with Framework Spring, Hibernate,

    • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
    • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for building Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts.
    • Primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
    • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
    • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automate.
    • Guide the Junior Members in the Team.
    • Timely delivery of application, keeping quality in mind.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Confer with management, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
    • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
    • Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
    • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
    • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
    • Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts.
    • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm.
    • Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
    • Hire, coach, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.

    Experience

  • 6. Project / Program managers with min 8 year’s exp

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Financial planning: “What if” analysis for various activities at management level.
    • Review of monthly and annual account closing activities and interaction with statutory auditors
    • Creating and managing robust MIS framework for monitoring key business indicators for the organization.
    • Preparation and Monitoring of Budget vs Actual Variance & Forecasts.
    • Documentation and Implementation of the necessary finance reporting controls as required.
    • Revenue forecast on weekly basis to management and corporate.
    • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
    • Oversee the operations and be a thought leader of the finance department for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

    Experience

    • Qualification: CA / MBA – Finance with over 6 years of experience.

  • 8. Business Analyst with 3+ year’s experiance

    Skill Sets
    • Should have experience in engaging various stakeholders such as key business users, end users for the purpose of observation and capturing of requirements
    • Should have experience is studying business process and preparing business process documentation, use cases, SRS and FRS
    • Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
    • Should be well versed in preparing scope documents, user requirements specifications, business use case scenarios
    • Experience working in the Enterprise application, education domain is an added advantage
    • Should be able to create test case scenarios, execute test cases, and update test reports.
    • Should be an excellent team player with good communication skills, high attention to detail, be self-driven and proven ability to deliver results within time and budget.
    • Excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing multiple options/solutions to a requirement and select the best based on various priorities like time for development, usability, maintainability, etc.
    Job Responsibility
    • Propose business architecture and functional designs that meet the stated business requirements.
    • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
    • Carrying System requirement Study, Process Study, Business Process Re-engineering
    • Preparing and Freezing Functionalities and scope of the project

    • Create demo scenarios, user stories and acceptance criteria, functional specifications and requirement documentations.
    • Work closely with the development, QA & sales teams to deliver functions and features based on the product roadmap.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Business Acumen: Mastery skills in understanding the business, being agile and applying expertise in communication and working with diverse groups of people and skill sets.
    • Customer & Client Focused: Understands how clients and customers work and how security tools and processes can improve their productivity. Implementing the infrastructure required for the business to perform their job in an adequate way. Actively solicit voice of the customer and feedback from the site and regions IT Service Delivery Leaders
    • Change advocate: Leverages IT Transformation change model and the BD infrastructure Change process / tools.
    • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, setting the right priorities and delivering on time with a high level of quality/service. Overall responsibility for planning and managing budgets, forecasts, the security capability portfolio and the GIS operating model including scorecard/metrics roll-up. Organizes and monitors GIS governance model.
    • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand complex, multi-project environments and be able to quickly diagnose potential risks and issues. Ensure overall information security strategy and architecture plans and standards are translated into service plans, methods, technologies and the security roadmap
